GLRF strives to promote rowing events that develop an interest in rowing among the gay and lesbian community as well as encourage an active participation by current gay and lesbian rowers, whatever their club or boathouse membership or affiliation.

GLRF offers a unique tool for members that helps match rowers with boats. It’s hot seating with a twist. This is a unique service available to GLRF members. List yourself or your boat and let the community find you. Anyone on the internet may browse the Seat Search listings and contact the rower or the club. Scan the current searches.
Rowing Camps
GLRF is proud to promote rowing camps and clinics that actively support participation by and acceptance of gay and lesbian rowers. Find a current list of the camps from around the world.
Regattas
The Diversity in Rowing Regatta Partnership promotes regattas that have made a written commitment to support a positive and accepting environment for all rowers, coxswains, coaches, and race officials. In return for that support, GLRF is proud to provide a dedicated public page for each participating regatta.
