Midshipmen David Sands, sophomore, and rower at the US Naval Academy. Asked him about his t-shirt - great design - and discovered he rowed for the Dallas Rowing Club in high school. He was just visiting the regatta. Totally cool with GLRF and getting his pic taken. Really nice guy. Go Navy!
