GLRF is pleased to partner with the Miami Beach Rowing Club to host our second winter training camp. Developed for experienced rowers, both individuals and club squads will have the opportunity to enhance their rowing technique, and to develop drills, training routines, and goals to take home with them to apply to their spring trainingThis is a camp for serious rowers with at least two full seasons of rowing experience. With that said, rowers with less than 2 seasons, who have a significant amount of water time and race experience, are encouraged to attend.
6 On the water sessions. All camp participants will row twice a day except Sunday and Monday. Participants will row in both sweep and scull depending on their abilities, their boat and style preferences, and the number of participants.
