GLRF is pleased to announce a winter training camp at the Miami Beach Rowing Club. Developed for experienced rowers, both individuals and clubs squads will have the oppotunity to enhance their rowing technique, and to develop drills, training routines, and goals to take home with them to apply in their spring training.This camp is for serious rowers with at least two full seasons of rowing experience. With that said, rowers with less than 2 seasons, who have a significant amount of water time and race experience, are encouraged to attend.
6 on the the water sessions. All camp participants will row twice a day except Sunday and Monday. Participants will row in both sweep and scull depending on their abilities, their abilities, their boat and style preferences, and the number of participants.
