Aussie’s set date for 2006 Midsumma Regatta
What could be better than summer in January? Try hanging out in Melbourne, Australia. After a very successful first run, the talented Melbourne Argonauts will host the second Midsumma Regatta, again timed to coincide with the Melbourne Midsumma Festival.
Royal Canadian Henley: press and controversy
The GLRF booth at the Royal Canadian Henley was warmly received by both rowers and the local Niagara community. A lone derogatory comment by the Regatta’s grandstand announcer prompted a front-page article in the sports section of the local paper. Read the news.
Seat Search service: new and improved
As rowers begin to prepare for the Montreal and Chicago regattas, GLRF has fortified the Rower Seat Search and the Boat Seat Search programs to better help rowers find boats and fill boats. More improvements are planned as the service transitions to a dynamic, database driven program. Check the listing or post one for yourself.
